Elephant shark egg case

We have been trying to find out what this is as a class with our groups and then all of the groups found out it was pretty hard to find out that it was a elephant shark egg case also because i have never seen it before.

Descriptive Sentence Writing Week 2

This week we have been looking at nikau palm trees and started writing about them. We wrote about the trunk, the leaves and the seeds. We also did a topic sentence and a concluding sentence for our paragraph. For our blog we picked two of the sentences we did and here are mine:

The nikau palm tree is native to the New Zealand. It has a lumpy trunk, green and spiky leaves and little brown seeds.

Nikau palm trees have tiny little brown seeds. They are brown and look like acorns and nuts.
